摘 要:抽汽压损是影响机组能效的主要因素之一。强度系数是反映机组运行过程中,以当前工况为基准,某一参数发生偏离时,对机组能效相对变化量影响程度大小的参数。在多元扰动下热力系统能效分析模型的基础上,根据热力系统性质,以某660MW超临界机组的典型工况为例,计算了抽汽压损扰动对机组能效影响的强度系数。通过建立该扰动下的强度系数变化趋势图,发现各种工况下的扰动与强度系数的变化规律,为机组的实际运行提供帮助,也为机组的节能降耗提供参考。在此基础上,提出该扰动下的强度系数简捷计算模型,为工程计算提供帮助。The steam extraction pressure loss is one of the main factors that affect the energy efficiency unit. When the unit is running, strength coefficient is a parameter that reflects the relative variation of energy efficiency of units with the current conditions as a benchmark and another parameter deviation occurs. Base on thermal system energy efficiency analysis model applied in multiple disturbance and the nature of the thermal system, this article takes typical working conditions of a 660MW super critical unit as the example, then calculate the strength coefficient caused by the steam extraction pressure loss disturbance. By establishing the trend chart of strength coefficient under the disturbance, found the relationship between disturbance and strength coefficient, provide help for actual operation of the unit, also provide a reference for energy saving of the unit. On this basis, Put forward a simple calculation model of the strength coefficient, provide help for engineering calculations.
