摘 要:针对油膜轴承巴氏合金ZChSnSb11-6在工作过程中出现的蠕变变形,提出了巴氏合金蠕变实验方法并对其进行了蠕变实验,获得了ZChSnSb11-6的蠕变特征,并与ZChSnSb8-4进行了对比分析。利用金相显微镜分析了蠕变对ZChSnSb11-6显微结构的影响。通过计算应力相关指数,明确了ZChSnSb11-6蠕变系数和应力的关系,并基于通用Graham蠕变方程建立了65℃下ZChSnSb11-6蠕变模型,外推得出了65℃时多组ZChSnSb11-6不同应力作用下的蠕变曲线。同时基于ANSYS对ZChSnSb11-6试件进行的有限元数值模拟,验证了ANSYS用于计算ZChSnSb11-6蠕变变形的可行性与准确性,为研究巴氏合金蠕变寿命提供了实验数据和理论支持。In terms of the creep deformation of oil-film bearing Babbitt ZChSnSbll-6 in operation process, creep test method of Babbitt was put forward, and creep test research on Babbitt was carried out. Based on the above work creep characteristics of ZChSnSbll-6 were eventually acquired. Influence of the creep on the microstrueture of ZChSnShll-6 was analyzed by metallographic microscope. Contrastive analysis of ZChSnSb11-6 and ZChSnSb8-4 was made. Relationship between creep coefficient and stress of ZChSnSb11-6 has been clear through calculating stress-related index. Creep model of ZChSnSbll-6 at 65~C was established based on universal Graham creep equation. Many groups of creep curves of ZChSnSb11-6 at 65"C under different stress have been speculated. At the same time, accuracy and feasibility of creep deformation of ZChSnSbll-6 were verified through finite element numerical simulation on the test specimen based on ANSYS. It provided experimental data and theoretical support for the research on creep life of Babbitt.
