摘  要:本文利用液相前驱体法制备二硼化锆(ZrB2)陶瓷纤维前驱体溶液。分别用转矩流变仪及自制干法纺丝设备研究固含量对流变性能及可纺性的影响,结果表明:前驱体溶液保持聚合物溶液的性质;随着固含量的提升,前驱体纺丝液的粘性区逐渐变窄,但总的来说较宽,适宜纺丝。另外,固含量在27.4%~31.3%之间的前驱体溶液可以纺丝,含30.89/6固含量的溶液在纺丝压力0.6MPa,纺丝温度50℃,卷绕速度3m/min条件下,可以制得连续纤维。Precursor solution of zirconium boride ceramic fiber was prepared using solution precursor method. The influence of solid content on the theological behavior and spinnability was discussed by rotary rheometer and homemade dry spinning equipment, respectively. The results showed that the precursor spinning solution maintained the characteristics of the polymer solution; the viscous area of the spinning solution gradually became narrow with the increase of solid content while still suitable for spinning. In addition, the precursor spinning solutions containing the solid content ranging from 27. 4% to 31.3% can spin, especially, the precursor spinning solution with the solid content of 30. 8% can become continuous fibers at the spinning pressure of 0.6 MP, the spinning temperature of 50℃ and the maximum spinning speed can reach 3 m/rain. Continuous precursor fibers are obtained successfully.
