摘  要:使用喷射电沉积方法分别在经多种前处理工艺处理后的铝合金表面电镀镍,镍镀层均光亮平整无缺陷。用高倍光学显微镜观察了镀层的表面形貌,用表面粗糙度仪测试粗糙度,用显微硬度仪测试镀层硬度,用热震法和划刻法测试镀层结合力。结果表面喷射电沉积镀镍后铝合金的各项性能都得到了显著提升,运用浸锌镍法这一预处理工艺后再喷射镀镍层的结合力更好,综合指标优于浸锌法和阳极氧化法的喷射镀镍层。Jet electrodeposition was used in the research to prepare nickel deposits on the aluminium alloy substrate under different conditions. The deposits were smooth and shine free of defects. Coating surface morphology was observed under high-magnification optical microscope. Surface hardness was measured by microhardness tester, and binding force was also tested with both thermal shock method and scribing method. Result shows that: The application of the jet electrodeposition can make the properties of aluminum alloy significantly increased; The binding force of the nickel deposit prepared by zinc-nickel dipping is always the best; And the comprehensive property is better than the pretreatments of zinc dipping and anodic oxidation.
