摘 要:以碳纤维掺量为1%的砂浆为基准,分别用25%、50%和100%的石墨、炭黑替代碳纤维。研究不同替代比例对砂浆力学性能和电阻率的影响,并根据力学性能、导电性能两项指标综合分析石墨、炭黑的最优替代量。试验结果表明:随着石墨、炭黑替代比例的增加,砂浆的电阻率变大;综合力学性能和导电性能确定石墨、炭黑的最优替代量分别为25%、25%~50%。By using the mortar with 1% carbon fiber incorporated as the base, a series of mortar were prepared in which25%, 50% and 100 % graphite or carbon black substituted for the carbon fiber, respectively. The research work focused on the effect of different substitute proportion on the mechanical property and the resistivity of the mortar. The optimum substitute proportion of mortar and carbon black were then found accordingly. The results indicate that the resistivity of mortar becomes high with increasing substitute proportion of graphite and carbon black. Determinative optimum substitute proportions of mortar and carbon black are 25 and 25%- 50%, respectively, based on the experimentally given mechanical property and the electrical conductivity data.
