幼期经历和成蜂学习行为对淡足侧沟茧蜂寄主选择性的影响

摘　　要：观察了寄生蜂幼期经历和成蜂学习经历对淡足侧沟茧蜂寄主选择性的影响。结果表明:幼期经历对淡足侧沟茧蜂的搜索时间、攻击时间无显著影响,但首选攻击繁育寄主;对2种寄主的攻击次数和寄生率不受幼期经历的影响,对甜菜夜蛾的攻击次数和寄生率均高于斜纹夜蛾。成蜂的学习经历显著增强了淡足侧沟茧蜂的搜寻能力,成蜂不同的学习经历使得寄生蜂对不同寄主选择时优先选择学习过的寄主,对学习过的寄主搜寻时间和攻击时间均较少。Microoplitis pallidipes at larval stage and its learning experience were observed to investigate the experience effect on its parasitic selectivity.The results indicated that the larval-stage experience had no significant effect on duration for M.pallidipes to seek and aggress Spodoptera exigua and Spodoptera litura,but M.pallidipes preferred to aggress breeding host for the first time; The frequencies of aggressing both hosts and the parasitizing rates were not influenced by the larvalstage experience,and both aggressing frequency and parasitizing rate on S.exigua were higher than those on S.litura.The adult-stage learning experience significantly enhanced the ability for M.pallidipes to seek hosts,the adult M.pallidipes preferred the host it met when learning,and the time for M.pallidipes to seek or aggress the host that it met when learning was shorter.
