摘 要:采用0.1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%等7个NaCl浓度梯度对不结球白菜自交亲和性不同的材料,在开花期进行喷施处理,通过人工辅助授粉自交的方法,研究了不同NaCl浓度对不结球白菜花期自交结实能力的影响。结果表明:1%、2%NaCl溶液处理效果最好,花期自交结实率平均比对照分别提高114%和104%;喷施NaCl溶液后间隔不同的时间授粉结实率差异不显著,但以处理后0.5 h或4 h授粉亲和指数最高;植株中上部健壮花枝的结实能力相近;NaCl处理对提高自交不亲和材料的结实能力效果更好。Different self-compatibility materials of pakchoi(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino)were sprayed respectively with 0,1%,2%,3%,4%,5% and 6% NaCl solutions at their flowering stage,and the effects of various concentration NaCl solutions on the self-fruitfulness of the flowering-stage materials were studied via artificial pollination.The results showed that 1% and 2% NaCl solutions had the best effect,and compared with the control the self-seed setting percentage could increase by 114% and 104% respectively;The pollinating time after spraying NaCl solution had not a significant effect on the setting percentage,but the pollination at 0.5 or 4 h after spraying NaCl solution could reach the highest compatible index;The strong flowering branches in middle and upper parts of plant were similar in seed setting; And spraying NaCl solution had a better effect on improvement of the seed setting percentage of self-incompatibility materials of pakchoi.
