摘  要:目的引起女性生殖道感染的支原体主要为解脲支原体和人型支原体。文章探讨女性生殖道支原体感染及其伴随感染情况,并对其药敏进行分析,为有效控制支原体感染提供依据。方法收集609例患者宫颈分泌物标本,每位采集3份宫颈拭子。其中1份进行支原体的培养及药敏试验,另1份做细菌培养及鉴定,第3份用胶体金法检测衣原体;另取白带直接涂片革兰氏染色后进行真菌、滴虫、淋病奈瑟菌和线索细胞等的镜检,以检测其伴随感染情况。结果 609例培养标本,检出支原体219例,感染率为36%,感染类型以解脲支原体为主,敏感性较高的药物主要为原始霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素和四环素;支原体感染者的伴随感染率较高。结论各年龄段女性对支原体普遍易感,尤以孕龄期女性为主,应加强支原体检测与耐药性分析,并尽可能检查其伴随感染情况以达到彻底治疗的目的。Objective Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis are microorganisms commonly found in female geni- tal tract infection. The authors investigated Mycoplasma infection and co-infection with other pathogens in the genital tract of women and analyze the drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma. Methods We collected 3 endocervical swabs from each of the 609 female patients, one for Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test, one for bacteria culture and identification, and the other for immuassay-blot of Chlamydia trachomatis antigen. We also obtained vaginal swabs for the detection of Candida, Trichomouas, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and clue cell spp under the microscope after Gram stain. Results Of the 609 samples, Mycoplasma was isolated in 219 (36%), with Ureaplasma urealyticum as the main pathogen and highly sensitive to pristinamycin, josamycin, doxycycline and tetracycline. Further- more, there was a high rate of co-infection with other microbes in those with Mycoplasma infection. Conclusion Susceptibility to Mycoplasma was found in women of different age groups, especially in pregnant women. Great importance should be attached to labora- tory screening and drug resistance test of genital Mycoplasmas and other pathogens to ensure successful treatment of Mycoplasma infec- tion and its co-infection.
