摘  要:目的:着重完善隆鼻术中聚四氟乙烯假体的雕刻方法,从而加强术后鼻尖部的活动度,使之更趋近于自然。方法:详细描述改进的膨体雕刻方法(Capricorn假体),通过力学分析软件建模,对比传统聚四氟乙烯假体受力后后鼻尖部的活动度的区别。结果:使用Capricorn假体所获得的术后鼻尖活动度明显优于传统假体。结论:Capricorn假体可以使术后受术者鼻尖活动度得到提高,使隆鼻术后鼻部更接近自然,提高术后患者满意度。聚四氟乙烯价格昂贵,三维模型建立力学分析可以对新的假体雕刻方法进行力学评估,节省资源,避免浪费。Objective To improve the activity of postoperative nasal tip naturally in rhinoplasty, we focus on a modified engraving process of Polytetrafluoroethylene (Capricorn prosthesis). Methods Giving a full description of the method about modified Polytetrafluoroethylene Prostheses (Capricorn prosthesis),and using mechanical analysis software modeling to compared with conventional PTFE prosthesis about the activity of nasal tip. Results Capricorn prosthetic has a better activity of nasal tip than traditional prosthesis, Conclusion Capricorn prosthesis may improve the postoperative satisfaction of patients by increasing the activity of nasal tip.Three-dimensional model and stress analysis can save lots of resources due to the expensive cost of PTFE material.
