青年油性皮肤人群面部皮肤部分生理功能的季节变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨青年油性皮肤人群面部皮肤的弹性、含水性能和色素的昼夜和四季节律变化规律。方法:使用Callegari soft 5.5测试仪测量仪分别在春、夏、秋、冬四季(1月,4月,7月和10月)检测青年面部皮肤的水分含量、弹性和色素。结果:夏季时皮肤色素值和含水量最大,冬季最低,二者有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);春、秋两季则介于二者之间,二者无显著的统计学差异;夏季与秋季、春季之间,冬季与秋季、春季之间有统计学差异(P<0.05);四季时面部皮肤弹性没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。每个季节的面部皮肤在清醒和睡眠时段,其面部皮肤色素值、含水量和色素值没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:中国青年油性皮肤人群夏季时面部皮肤含水量最高、色素值最深,而冬季则最低;皮肤弹性在四季变化中不明显。清醒状态和睡眠状态对面部皮肤的色素、含水量和弹性没有明显影响。Objective To study the physiological rhythms of oily facial skin in the day and seasons on Chinese young adults. Methods Callegari soft 5.5 was used to measure the level of pigmentation, water content and flexibility of facial skin in the days and nights of spring, summer, autumn and winter. Results The levels of facial water content and pigmentation in summer were significantly higher than other seasons,those in winter were the lowest among four seasons. There was no significant change of facial flexibility level among four seasons. There was no significant difference of facial water content,pigmentation and flexibility levels between the daytime and night in every season. Conclusions In summer,the levels of facial water content and pigmentation were highest.Awake or sleepy conditions don＇t have effect on the levels of facial water content,pigmentation and flexibility in four seasons.
