调Q Nd:YAG脉冲激光和二氧化碳激光治疗面部色素痣疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的：观察调QNd：YAG脉冲激光和二氧化碳激光治疗面部色素痣的临床疗效与美容效果。方法：将315例门诊患者随机分成两组：甲组167例，采用调QNd：YAG脉冲激光治疗，波长1064nm，光斑2～3mm，能量密度4。0～4．2J／cm2，频率1～2Hz，点射至肉眼观无黑色组织；乙组148例，采用二氧化碳激光治疗，连续扫射至肉眼观无黑色组织，观察皮损祛除与瘢痕情况。结果：甲组治疗有效率97．97％，乙组治疗有效率97．00％，两组相比P〉0．05，没有统计学差异；甲组瘢痕出现率64．07％，乙组瘢痕出现率为75．00％，两组瘢痕出现率比较，P〈0．05，有统计学差异；甲组中，不同疹型间痊愈率和瘢痕出现率比较均P〈0．05，有统计学差异。结论：调ONd：YAG脉冲激光治疗面部色素痣与二氧化碳激光相比，美容效果优于后者；调QNd：gAG脉冲激光对斑疹型色素痣的疗效优于丘疹型色素痣。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and cosmetic effect of Q-switched Nd：YAG pulse laser and CO2 laser in the treatment of facial pigmented nevus Methods 315 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 167 patients in group A were treated by Q-switched Nd ：YAG pulse laser;148 patients in group B were treated by CO2 laser.The curative effects and scars were observed. Results In grup A, 129 cases （77.25%） were cured,33cases （19.76%） were improved,5 cases （2.99%） were ineffective, thetotal effective rate was 97.00%.1n grup B, 125cases （84.46%） were cured, 21cases （14.19%）were improved,2 cases （1.35%）were ineffective, thetotal effective rate was 97.97%. The total effective rate had no difference between the two grups（P〉0.05）.ln grup A, 97 cases （58.08%） suffered the scar formation.but in grup B,the number was 111 cases （75.00%）,the rate of scar formation had significant difference between the two grups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Q Nd：YAG pulse laser in the treatment of facial pigmented nevus is better than CO2 laser.
