摘 要:在海上稠油油田开发中,通过增加油井数量来提高产量会受到平台空间及经济性的制约,依靠增加生产压差来提高油井产能将导致疏松砂岩油井出砂和水锥等问题。多枝导流适度出砂技术可通过多枝导流扩大单井泄流面积,通过适度出砂改善近井地带储层物性,从而大幅提升单井产能,减少海上油田所需开发井数和平台数量。在研究多枝导流适度出砂油藏增产机理和产能评价方法的基础上,研发了多枝导流钻井技术、适度出砂完井技术及携砂采油技术,形成了一套海上稠油油田开发多枝导流适度出砂技术体系。该技术已在渤海17个稠油油田的225口井取得成功应用,单井平均增产约20%,应用前景广阔。In offshore heavy oil field exploitation, increasing the number of wells will be constrained by the space of platform and IRR, and raising the production pressure can lead to sand production and water coning problems in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. The moderate sand production technology with multilateral wells can expand the discharge area of individual well with multilateral hole and also improve the permeability of production zone near well bore, so as to increase single- well productivity dramatically and cut down the number of production wells and platforms. Based on the study of production increasing mechanism of reservoir and productivity evaluation method, a technology system was built including multilateral well drilling technology, moderate sand production completion technology and sand-carrying produc- tion technology. The technology system has been used successfully in 225 wells in 17 fields in Bohai Bay, with single-well production increased by an average of 20%. This technology illustrates a good prospect of application.
