摘  要:以500 kW海洋能独立电力系统示范工程为例,对海洋可再生能源发电系统的电能变换与能量管理系统的并网方案、电能变换系统、储能系统、能量管理及系统稳定等关键技术进行了研究。该系统采用直流并网方案,避开了交流并网对发电机组调节性能要求高的特点;发电机输出端采用带隔离的DC/DC变换器,减小了不同发电机组之间的相互影响;逆变器采用冗余设计,提高了系统可靠性;利用储能电池与Dump负载共同调节作用,实现了系统电力平衡和系统稳定控制,并增加了系统运行的灵活性。现场测试表明,所设计的电能变换与能量管理系统实现了多种海洋可再生能源发电电能的汇集、变换和能量管理。This paper presents the study on the key techniques for electric power transformation and energy management system of marine renewable energy power generation system, with 500 kW independent marine renewable energy power system demonstra- tion project as an example. The techniques of power collection, transformation, energy storage, energy management and system stability were studied. DC grid scheme was adopted in the system to avoid the requirement of high regulation performance which is critical in AC power grid. DC/DC converters with high frequency isolated transformer were selected to connect the generators and power grid, which reduce the influence of different generators. Redundant in- verters are designed to increase the system reliabili ty. Electric power balance management and system stability control were achieved through energy stor age and dump load regulation, which also increase the system flexibility. Onsite test showed that the designed electric power transformation and energy management system could collect, transform and manage marine renewable electric power generated by variety generators.
