复合稀土对Al-4.5%Cu合金定向凝固组织及力学性能的影响

摘  要:对添加不同含量La、Ce复合稀土的Al-4.5%Cu合金定向凝固微观组织进行了分析研究,并测定了试样的力学性能。结果表明:添加复合稀土的试样,其热裂纹、缩松缺陷明显减少。当添加0.22%的复合稀土时,试样定向凝固组织不明显,枝晶本身也不能得到细化,但能得到互相交错的树枝晶。与不加稀土试样相比,添加复合稀土的试样抗拉强度和伸长率都有一定程度的提高,添加量超过0.30%时,效果比较明显。当复合稀土加入量达到0.40%时,能得到比较理想的定向凝固组织,试样的抗拉强度达到194.65 MPa,伸长率为12.71%,弹性模量为0.170 MPa。The directional solidification microstructure of Al-4.5% Cu alloys added with different amount of La, Ce compound RE was studied and the mechanical properties of the samples were determined. The results show that the heat cracking and shrinkage in the samples added with compound RE reduce obviously. When added with 0.22% of compound RE, the directional solidification microstructure of the samples isn't obvious and the dendrite itself also can't be refined, but the mutual interlaced dendrites can be obtained. Compared with the samples of not adding compound RE, the tensile strength and elongation of the samples of added compound RE have a certain degree of enhancement, and when the added amount exceed 0.30%, the result is more obvious. When the added compound RE amount reach 0.40%, the ideal directional solidification microstructure can be obtained, and the tensile strength trb reaches 194.65 MPa, the elongation is 12.71% and the elastic modulus is 0.170 MPa.
