摘  要:应用DEFORM-2D软件对等径角挤压过程进行了模拟。结果表明,单道次等径角挤压过程中,随坯料位移的增加,挤压所需载荷可分为线性快速增加、亚稳定、线性二次快速增加、稳定和下降阶段5个阶段。坯料外转角处主要变形区的流动速率比坯料内转角的快;挤压过程中,外转角是先受拉应力,再受压应力;内转角先受压应力,再受拉应力。The equal channel angular pre ssing process was simulated using finite element software DEFORM-2D considering the turning angle structure in the mold. The results show that, with the increase of the displacement, the load to drive the deformation of 6061 Al-alloy varies. The load curve includes five stages: lineally rapid increase stage, metastable stage, second rapid increase stage, stable constant stage and decrease stage. The uneven deformation exists in the width direction of the sample, and the plastic deformation at the end of the sample is smaller than that at the top and that at the center, which is attributed to the fact that the strain rate in the outer side of the sample is faster than that in the inner side. During the course of the ECAP, the stress in the location at the outer angle changes from tensile stress into compressive stress. Otherwise, the stress at the inner angle changes from compressive stress into tensile stress.
