摘　　要：分析了板类铸件砂型铸造应用不同工艺方案存在的问题。结合干砂负压消失模铸造(V-EPC)的优点,提出了V-EPC尤其适合板类铸件生产的观点。V-EPC可有效简化板类铸件的铸造工艺,并能解决夹砂、夹渣和变形等铸造缺陷,提高生产效率。基于同时凝固原则和均衡凝固理论,V-EPC法是板类铸件生产的有效方法。The existing problems of board castings in different process scheme by sand casting were analyzed. Combining with the advantages of V-EPC, the view was proposed that V-EPC is particularly suitable for board castings. This process can effectively simplify the casting process, and solve the casting defects, such as sand inclusion, slag and deformation etc. The production efficiency of board castings may be improved greatly. Based on synchronous solidification and porportional solidification, V-EPC is an effective process for board castings.
