摘　　要：通过对27级叶轮废品解剖及检验分析,查明其报废原因是内部形成白点所致。对白点产生的原因进行了分析,认为正确的执行炼钢、锻造、热处理工艺可预防白点的产生,并对缺陷做了锻合试验。Through anatomying and inspection analyzing of level-27 impeller wasters, the cause of the wasters was found out, which results from forming inside white dots. The reason for the white dots were analyzed and think that the implementation of right steel-making, forging and heat treatment technology can prevent the white dots.
