长宁区50岁以上人群髋部骨折的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的调查上海市长宁区人群髋部骨折特别是50岁以上人群髋部骨折发病的流行病学情况。方法通过长宁区公共卫生信息中心以及申康医联中心的长宁区人口健康档案调查,收集长宁区户籍人口在各大医院就诊记录和资料,查询2008-07—2012-06 ICD-10疾病编码股骨颈骨折及股骨粗隆间骨折就诊记录,获得患者相关信息。通过长宁区疾控中心资料调取,取得长宁区2010年及2011年人口分布情况。结果 2008-07—2012-06长宁区髋部骨折标准化发病率为68.01,其中男性为52.15,女性为82.09,本地区女性年标准化发病率高于男性(P<0.05)。长宁区50岁以上人群髋部骨折标准化发病率为140.80,其中男性为95.90,女性为182.86。本地区50岁以上人群髋部骨折女性年标准化发病率高于男性(P<0.05)。50岁以上人群髋部骨折粗发病率显著高于50岁及以下人群(P<0.05)。结论 2008-07—2012-06长宁区50岁以上人群髋部骨折的发病人数占总发病人数的94.75%,标准化年发病率远远低于世界平均水平。50岁以上人群发病率高于50岁以下人群,女性高于男性。Objective To investigate the epidemiology of patients with hip fracture especially for the age over 50 in ehangning district, Shanghai, China. Methods The information of the patients was gained by inquiring the ICD cord for the hip fracture during Jul. 2008 and Jun. 2012 through the Changning Public Medical Information Center and Shenkang Medical Center. The population distribution of Changning district in 2010 and 2011 was also collected through changning CDC. Results The standard incidence rate of hip fracture in Changning district was 68.01 （52.15 for males and 82.09 for females）. The rate of females was much higher than that of males（P 〈0.05）. The standard incidence rate of hip fracture in patients over 50 years old in changning district was 140.80 （95.90 for males and 182.86 for females）. The rate of females was much higher than that of males（P 〈0.05）, The rate of the age over 50 was much higher than that under 50（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion During Jul. 2008 and Jun. 2012, the rate of hip fracture patients over 50 years old in Changning district accounted for 94.75% in the total rate, which was less than the overage rate of the world. The rate of the age over 50 was much higher than that under 50 （the rate of females was higher than that of males）.
