构建我国天然气物流价格指数的若干思考

摘　　要：我国天然气消费需求旺盛,加之天然气具有季节性消费、储运困难、短期内不易替代的特点,致使每年冬季都会因内外两方面因素的共同作用而爆发大面积的"气荒",因而有必要通过编制天然气价格指数对其市场实施有效监控。在阐述我国天然气物流价格指数的概念、特点及其构建必要性的基础上,提出了构建我国天然气物流价格指数的设想。Strong demand for natural gas in China combined with natural gas＇s characteristics of seasonal consumption, storage and transportation difficulties and not easy to replace in short run lead to a gas shortage over large areas in China. each winter, therefore constructing a natural gas price index with the aim of effectively monitoring gas market becomes necessary. On the basis of expounding the concept, characteristics, and necessity of construction of natural gas logistics price index, this paper proposes ideas of constructing China＇ s natural gas logistics price index.
