摘 要:【目的】探讨不同生长发育阶段移植BMSCs对雌性大鼠生长及生殖器官发育水平的影响。【方法】选择80只SD雌性大鼠随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40只,体重组间差异不显著(P>0.05):试验组用50μL生理盐水稀释BMSCs(1×106个),进行尾静脉移植,对照组同样方法同样部位注射生理盐水。试验鼠分别第V20 d、V60 d和P18 d时试验组移植BMSCs,对照组注射等量生理盐水;试验鼠分别第V30 d、P18 d和L15 d时每组随机取8只大鼠,屠宰前(空腹12 h后)称活重,屠宰后取子宫,卵巢称重;同时宰前心脏采血制备血清,检测血清中E2、P4、GH和IGF-1水平。【结果】雌性大鼠不同生理发育阶段移植BMSCs后,P18 d时试验组大鼠血清中IGF-1、E2和P4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时大鼠体重和子宫重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),V30 d和L15 d时组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);在整个试验期血清中GH水平和卵巢重组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】移植BMSCs后能显著增加妊娠母鼠子宫,胎盘,胎儿的重量;而对其它组织的重量影响不显著。移植BMSCs后能显著增加妊娠母鼠的血清中P4、E2和IGF-1水平,而GH的变化不显著。在生长阶段和分娩后,母鼠移植BMSCs对血清中的P4、E2、GH和IGF-1水平均不显著。[Objective]The research aims to analyze the effects of transplantion BMSCs on the female rats 'growth and reproduction organ growth level during different physiology growth periods.[Method] 80 SD female rats were randomly divided into compared group and experiment group with 40 female rats in each group.There were no significant difference in weight among the each group (P 〉 0.05).The experiment group was injected 50 μL saline diluted BMSCs (1 × 106) on the tail vein and the compared group injected normal saline on the same place by the same manner.As the experiment group was transplant BMSCs at V20 d,V60 d and P18 d and the compared group was injected the same amount of normal saline as well.8 female rats in each group were randomly selected at V30 d,P18 d and L15 d,before slaughter (12 h fasting) their live weight was tested and then the weight of uterus and ovary were tested after the slaughter.In the same way before slaughter,the cardiac blood was extracted for making serum,and P4,E2,GH and IGF-1 level in the serum were measured.[Result] After BMSCs were transplanted during different physiology growth periods on the 18th day,serum in P4,E2 and IGF-1 of the test group were significantly higher than those in the compared group (P 〈 0.05),at the same time the experiment group's weights of uterus and ovary were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05).The different between V30 d and L15 d was not significant (P 〉 0.05).All of the experiment period,the GH level in serum and ovary weights were no significantly different among each group (P 〉 0.05).[Conclusion] The transplantation BMSCs can significantly increase pregnancy maternal uterus,placenta,fetal weight; The weight of other organizations had no significant effect when BMSCs were tansplanted.The translplantation could significantly increase pregnancy maternal serum P4,E2 and IGF-1 level,but GH did not significantly change.There were no significant change in P4,E2,GH and IGF-1levels in serum of female rats in their growth stag
