摘　　要：目的了解肇庆市禽类职业暴露人群禽流感病毒感染状况以及外环境禽流感病毒的分布情况。方法采集禽类职业暴露人员血清200份,采用马红细胞血凝抑制试验检测H5N1流感抗体;外环境标本103份,进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测禽流感病毒FluA、AH5、AH7和AH9亚型。结果职业暴露人员血清标本检测结果均为阴性;外环境标本检出FluA阳性21份(阳性率20.39%),AH9亚型阳性11份(52.38%),H7亚型阳性1伤(4.76%),未检出AH5亚型。结论肇庆市外环境中有禽流感病毒存在,加强禽流感监测,及时了解毒株变异情况对于禽流感的防控有重要的意义。ObjectiveTo analyze the infection status of avian influenza in occupational exposure population and the distribution of the virus in the external environments in Zhaoqing. Methods A total of 200 specimens from occupational exposure employees were detected of HI for H5N1 antibodies with horse erythrocyte,and 103 environment specimens were detected of FluA,AH5,AH7 and AH9 subtypes by PCR assay. Results All the 200 specimens from occupational exposure were negative. Twenty one FluA subtype（ 20. 39%） and 11 AH9 subtypes（ 52. 38%） and 1 AH7 subtype（ 4. 76%） were detected as positive. No AH5 was detected. Conclusion Avian influenza virus exists in the external environment in Zhaoqing and needs to be closely monitored.
