补肾活血中药对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经节细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨补肾活血中药对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经节细胞的影响。方法　以链脲佐菌素造成大鼠糖尿病模型。利用微机图像分析技术对视网膜神经细胞胞体中Nissl小体进行定量测定和分析。结果　中药治疗组的糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经节细胞胞体中Nissl小体减少程度明显低于阴性对照组和阳性对照Ⅰ组。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue(补肾活血) therapy on the pathological damages of the diabetic rats retinal ganglion cells. METHODS The animal model of diabetes was introduced by streptozotocin. The Nissl bodies in the retinal ganglion cells were measured and analyzed quantitatively using computer image analysis system. RESULTS The lost degrees of the Nissl bodies in the diabetic rats retinal ganglion cells in the treated groups were significantly lower than those in both negative and positive control groups. CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue could alleviate the pathological damages of retinal ganglion cells in experimental diabetic rats.
