南充市集中空调通风系统卫生状况抽查结果分析

摘　　要：目的掌握南充市公共场所及政府办公场所集中空调通风系统的卫生现状,为政府有关部门科学决策以及制定相关规划提供可靠依据和技术支持。方法 2011-2012年随机抽取南充市28家采用集中空调通风系统公共场所及政府办公场所进行卫生监测,每个场所监测冷却水中嗜肺军团菌、风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数和真菌总数共4项指标。结果所检测指标全部合格的场所有9个,总体合格率为32.14%,军团菌检出率为35.71%,积尘量合格率为92.86%,积尘中细菌总数合格率为82.86%,真菌总数合格率为99.29%。结论南充市各类公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生问题比较严重,应加大卫生监管力度,提高卫生管理水平,加强集中空调卫生检测和监测能力建设。Objective To unclerstand the sanitary status of central air conditioning ventilation system in government administrative buildings and public places in Nanchong city, further to provide scientific references for policy-making and planning. Methods Twenty eight unites with central air conditioning ventilation systems in public places and government administrative buildings were randomly selected and monitored in aspects of Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water,dust quantity,total bacterial count and total count of fungi in the dust of the air duct surface. Results Nine sites were qualified in all the four indexes,with a overall qualified rate of32. 14%. The positive rate for Legionella pneumophila was 35. 71%,and correspondingly,rates of dust quantity on the air duct surfacetotal,bacterial count in the dust of the air duct surface and total count of fungi in the dust of the air duct surface were 92. 86%,82. 86% and 99. 29%. Conclusion The current sanitary status of central air conditioning ventilation system in Nanchong city is somewhat worrisome,countermeasures such as strengthening supervision,elevating administration level and reinforcing sanitary examination are to be emphasized.
