摘　　要：2013年8月，美元指数先降后升，总体上涨，欧元兑美元汇率先升后降，总体下跌，英镑兑美元汇率总体上涨，美元兑日元汇率先降后升；美元短期Libor下降，欧元、英镑短期Libor上升，日元短期Libor持平；美国、德国、英国中长期国债收益率大幅上升，日本中长期国债收益率下降；主要股指大幅下跌。In August 2013, the US Dollar index went down first and went up on the whole, the EUR/USD exchange rate went up first and went down on the whole, the GBP/USD exchange rate went up on the whole and the USD/JPY exchange rate showed a V-shaped trend; the short-term USD Libor went down, the short-term EUR Libor and GBP Libor went up, and the short-term JPY Libor remained unchanged; the US, German and UK mid- and long-term T-bond yields went up sharply, while the Japan mid-and long-term T-bond yields went down; and the major stock indexes dropped sharply.
