摘 要:双凸极电机相绕组自感较大,限制了相电流的变化率和幅值。相绕组呈感性使得相电流滞后相电势,在电机工作过程中,存在无功功率,从而降低发电机的功率因数和发电功率。针对相绕组自感对电机特性的影响,提出一种在全桥整流方式基础上并联补偿电容的发电拓扑(Parallel Capacitances Full-Bridge Rectifier,PCFBR),并借助有限元仿真软件,针对一台8/6极电励磁双凸极发电机,得到在新的拓扑下的发电特性曲线。对原理样机进行实验,验证了仿真分析的正确性。分析结果表明:通过并联电容补偿,可以明显提高电励磁双凸极发电机的发电功率。Doubly salient electro-magnetic generators have phase-mUuctances wmcn and amplitude of the phase current. Armature windings are equivalent to inductive load, which makes the phase current lag phase voltage. The phase angle between phase current and phase voltage lower the power factor and output power of the generator because of reactive power of phase inductance. Aimed at reducing the effect of inductance, a new topology that adds parallel capacitances to DSG2 mode is proposed in this pa- per. With the help of Finite Element Analysis ( FEA), the performance of generator running in new topology and DSG2 mode were compared for a 8/6 poles doubly salient electro-magnetic generator. Experimentation of the prototype verified the correctness of the FEA analysis. Analysis results show that the new topology with parallel capacitances can raise the output power of doubly salient electro-magnetic generator significantly.
