摘 要:微型空心杯电机旋转换向时产生火花,火花不但危害电机本身,还会对周围测控系统产生电磁干扰。设计了一种用于检测电机换向时所产生传导干扰信号的检测电路,介绍了两种可用于微型空心杯电机的滤波电路,通过检测电路分析电机运行时产生的传导干扰信号,比较实验结果,确定了一种更适合于微型空心杯电机的滤波电路。实验结果证明了传导干扰检测电路以及在微型空心杯电机中加入的滤波电路的实用性,为改善微型空心杯电机的电磁兼容性提供了新思路。Micro coreless motor generates sparks during rotation commutation, which not only affects the li fespan of the motor, but also brings about electromagnetic interference for the measurement and control sys tem. A detection circuit was designed to monitor interfering signals conducted during motor commutation. Two filter circuits for micro coreless motor were also introduced Through assessing the interfering signals generated by the motor with detection circuit and comparing the results after the filter circuit was added, determined a more suitable filter circuit for the micro coreless motor. The experimental results demonstrate the usefulness of the conduction interference detecting circuit and implanting of filter circuit for micro coreless motor. These results provide new insight for improving the electromagnetic compatibility of micro coreless motor.
