剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的适应证及安全性。方法选取该院2009年1月至2012年12月63例疤痕子宫妊娠经阴道分娩进行前瞻性研究。结果有21例成功经阴道分娩,无子宫破裂及新生儿窒息发生,仅1例发生产后出血。结论严格掌握剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的适应证,剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩是安全可行的。Objective To discuss the indication and safety of vaginal birth after cesarean .Methods Prospective analysis was clone the 63 cases of successful vaginal delivery from scarred uterus during Jan 2009 to Dec 2012 in this hospital .Results Intensive observation revealed 21 successful cases of vaginal delivery without occurrence of uterus rupture or neonatal suffocation .Postpartum hemorrhage occurred only once .Conclusion Vaginal birth after cesarean is safe as long as its indication is strictly controlled .
