摘 要:基于运筹学思想,以原料场混匀矿配矿成本为目标,建立多矿源含铁原料配料线性规划模型,优化混匀矿堆积计划含铁原料配比。利用Excel软件中的"规划求解"工具对模型进行求解,计算经济合理的含铁原料配比,达到降本增效的目的。模型计算结果表明,在满足烧结矿质量要求前提下,线性规划模型比经验配料法混匀矿吨矿配矿成本下降24元。In order to optimize the proportioning ratio of iron-bearing materials listed in accumulating schedule for blending ores,the liner programming model for iron-bearing materials from various channels of ore resources is established based on the theory of operational research together with aiming at cutting the cost for blending ores in stock yard.Calculations can be made based on this model by application of the programming solver in Excel software.So the economical and reasonable proportioning ratio of iron-bearing raw materials can be calculated by this model so that the goal of decreasing the cost and increasing the efficiency can be achieved.The calculating results by model show that the cost for blending ores per ton by using the liner programming model can be decreased by 24 yuan RMB comparing with the cost for blending ores by using the emprical method for blending ore materials provided that these ore materials can meet the requirements of sinter in quality.
