摘  要:为探索高炉喷吹水熄焦粉的可行性,开展了5%~15%水平下的水熄焦粉高炉喷吹用配煤优化实验室实验及工业喷吹试验。结果表明,在现有配煤基础上,最适宜的配入量为15%,鞍钢新2#和新3#高炉喷吹水熄焦粉后,煤气利用率分别提高0.24%和0.58%,燃料比下降0.71 kg/t和1.82 kg/t,水熄焦粉可用于高炉喷吹。Optimization experiments for coal blending in laboratory are carried out and then the industrial trial production is also finished by adding the same amount of coke powder with content of 5%~15% produced by coke water quenching into a BF in order to explore the feasibility of injecting the coke power produced by coke water quenching into a BF of Angang.The results show that the most suitable added amount of coke power is 15% considering the existing coal blending ratio,and the utilization rate of blast furnace gas is increased by 0.24% and 0.58% respectively and correspondingly the fuel ratio is decreased by 0.71 kg/t and 1.82 kg/t respectively after injecting the coke power produced by coke water quenching into the new No.2 BF and the new No.3 BF of Angang,So it is concluded that the coke power produced by coke water quenching can be used to be injected into a BF.
