摘　　要：根据冶金原理,分别对喂Si-Ca线变性A12O3夹杂物、MnS夹杂物以及喂Si-Ca线同时变性A12O3夹杂物和硫化物的过程进行了热力学计算,同时对实际生产中喂线前后钢水中夹杂物进行了分析,为探索喂Si-Ca线条件下钢中夹杂物组成和形态变化提供了理论依据。According to the metallurgical principle,the thermodynamic calculation on the modification process of Al2O3inclusions and MnS inclusions in molten steel by feeding Si-Ca wires are carried out.The modification process of Al2O3inclusions and sulfide at the same time is also calculated.The inclusions in molten steel before feeding a Si-Ca wire and after feeding a Si-Ca wire during steelmaking is analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis to study the composition of inclusions in molten steel and shape changes of these inclusions by feeding the Si-Ca wires.
