摘  要:为使烧结机头电除尘器稳定运行,提高除尘效率,分析了废气温度波动的原因,提出了控制烧结废气温度波动的具体措施。生产实践表明,烧结废气温度控制在100~135℃时,机头除尘器除尘效率提高了3%~8%,使用寿命大幅度延长。In order to make the electrostatic precipitator in front of sintering machine operate stably and improve the efficiency of electrostatic precipitation,the cause leading to the temperature fluctuation of waste gas is analyzed,and thus the concrete measures for controlling the temperature fluctuation of waste gas are proposed.The production practice shows that the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator is increased by 3%~8% when the temperature of waste gas in sintering is controlled in the range of 100 ℃ to 135 ℃,and therefore the service life of electrostatic precipitator is prolonged substantially.
