爱维治治疗运动创伤性滑膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：通过临床观察爱维治治疗运动创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效和安全性,为运动队寻求一种新型高效低毒治疗运动创伤性滑膜炎的药物。运用文献、随机分组和对照试验的方法,患者在严格无菌操作下进行关节腔穿刺,抽净关节积液后将药物注射入关节腔内。试验组给予爱维治5毫升(200毫克)+0.2%利多卡因2毫升混合后关节腔内注射,每周一次,必要时可连续注射2-3次。对照组使用曲安奈德1毫升(40毫克)+0.2%利多卡因2毫升混合后关节腔内注射,每周1次,必要时可连续注射2-3次。结果发现爱维治治疗运动创伤性滑膜炎疗效显著,安全性好。Purpose： Clinic observation of effectiveness and safe of treatment on wound synovitis by Actovegin . Meaning： Explore new effective medicine with low poison to treat sport wound synovitis for sport team. Method： Document reference, random group and contrast test. Under asepsis condition, puncture articulatory antrum, ex- haust accumulating fluid and then inject medicine into articulatory antrum For test group, use 5 ml （200mg） acto- vegin plus O. 2% 2ml lidocaine to inject articulatory antrum. Once every week and 2 - 3 times continuously if nee- essary. For control group, use 1 ml （25mg） triamcinolone acetonide plus0. 2% 2ml lidocaine to inject articulatory antrum. Once every week and 2 - 3 times continuously if necessary.
