摘　　要：结合现场实际,分析了棒材生产过程中冷床对齐难的原因,制定改进措施,满足了生产工艺需求,提高产品的定尺率、成材率。Reasons why alignment in cooling bed is hard to achieve during bar production are analyzed , combined with field realit. Corresponding measures which can meet the requirements of production process are also formulated to improve the fixed length ratio and the yield ratio, meeting the requirement in production.
