摘 要:对国内外工科人才培养的侧重点进行了比较分析,结合学校实施的"英才计划"教学模式,开展了对通信工程英才培养的实践探索。研究表明:因材施教制定培养方案,能充分挖掘学生潜能,有效加强工科生的个性化发展;通过学科赛事提高实践创新能力,利用校企合作平台丰富教学实践经验,能多途径有效地提高学生解决实际工程问题的能力;以课题项目研究为基础,面向实际探究知识,能有效促进师生教学相长。Comparing and analyzing the emphases of domestic and overseas engineering personnel training, this paper carries out the exploration on practice of engineering personnel training in combination of "Talent Plan" teaching mode implemented by schools. The study results show that the formulation of competency based training scheme and full excavation of the potential can enhance personalized development of students of engineering effectively; taking topic research as the base and exploration of knowledge by facing the reality can effectively promote learning and teaching between students and teachers; subject competitions can improve practical and innovative abilities; school-enterprise cooperation platform can enrich teaching practice and effectively improve students' abilities to solve practical engineering problems.
