摘　　要：高校实验室文化体系的构建是高校文化体系构建的一个重要组成部分。基于文化管理理论,在总结高校实验室文化特征的基础上,梳理高校实验室文化体系的基本要素,即精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化,并使用信息熵理论,创新性地构建了高校实验室文化体系评价体系。The laboratory culture system is an important part of the University Cultural System to students training and scientific research, etc. Based on the theory of cultural management, summing up the cultural identity of university laboratories and the basic elements of the university laboratory culture s3~stem, and using the information entropy theory can build an innovative way for an evaluation system of laboratory culture, in colleges and universities.
