摘　　要：某天然气管线采用特加强级高温型3PE防腐层结构,运行4年后全线发生龟裂、脱落。文章从管道的运行参数、防腐层材质、防腐层加工过程以及施工过程出发,全面分析了失效机理。最终确定了防腐层的失效原因,并提出了防止此类事故发生的意见。Specially strengthened high temperature 3PE coating was used in one natural gas pipeline. After 4 year＇s operation, the phenomenon of crack and dropping of coating were happened in whole pipeline. From the view points of operation parameters, material of coating, fabrication of coating and process of construction, the failure mechanism was analyzed in overall in this article. The failure cause was determined finally. Then, some opinions for preventing this kind of accidents were presented.
