摘 要:基于满意度基础理论,采用无序多分类Logistic回归模型分析了9个高校共3260个学生的调查数据,以揭示我国高校学生对奖助学金政策满意度的影响因素。结果显示,学生家庭人均月收入、是否获得过助学金、所在年级、资助金额是否够了、资助名额是否够了、是否了解助学金政策、评选过程是否存在黑箱、是否存在家庭困难却未获得助学金和是否存在家庭条件不错而获得了助学金等是国家助学金政策学生满意度的显著影响因素。学生家庭人均月收入、是否申请奖学金、所在年级、是否了解奖学金政策、评选过程是否存在黑箱、评选结果是否合理等是励志奖学金政策学生满意度的显著影响因素。This study aims to investigate the impact factors influencing the student satisfaction degree about the grants and inspirational scholarship policies in colleges and universities of China. Based on the theoretical basis of satisfaction theory, we analyzed 3260 student survey samples across 9 universities with the Multinomial Logistic Regression Model. The results indicated that the student' s family in- come, whether the student gets grants, the student' s grade, whether the amount of funding is sufflcient, whether the funded n, mher is e- nough, whether the student understands the grants policy, whether there are black - boxes in the selection process, whether there are non - funded with family difficulty, and whether there are funded with family well - being are influencing factors in student satisfaction with grants policy. On the other hand, the student's family income, whether the student applies for the scholarship, the student's grade, whether the student understands the scholarship policy, whether there are black - boxes in selection process, and whether the selection result is reasonable are influencing factors in student satisfaction with the inspirational scholarship policy.
