内听动脉闭塞综合征联合用药治疗观察

摘　　要：目的评价丁苯酞软胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征的疗效。方法内听动脉闭塞综合征患者123例,随机分为两组。治疗组58例,应用丁苯酞软胶囊口服,同时静滴奥扎格雷钠;对照组65例,以低分子右旋糖酐静滴。结果治疗组痊愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合奥扎格雷钠治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征,疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the effects of combination therapy with butylphathlide and ozagrel injection for internal auditory artery occlusion syndrome. Methods 123 patients with internal auditory artery occlusion syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 58 cases were treated with butylphathlide and oza- grel injection. Another 65 cases （control group） were treated with dextran. Results The recovery and total effetiveness rate in the therapy group were obviously improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy with butylphathlide and ozagrel injection for internal auditory artery occlusion syndrome is evidently efficient and safe.
