摘　　要：目的:探讨泌尿外科合并糖尿病患者的围术期处理措施。方法:对北华大学附属医院2010年1月-2013年1月40例合并糖尿病的非急诊泌尿外科手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:40例经综合治疗未出现感染及高代谢综合征等合并症。结论:对合并糖尿病的泌尿外科围术期患者,严格控制血糖、合理使用抗生素、进行有效的营养支持和心理干预是手术成功的关键。Objective ：To discuss treatment measures for urology patients combined with diabetes mellitus in the perioperative period. Methods： Clinical data of forty urology patients combined with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The forty cases didn＇t suffer from the infections and high metabolic syndrome, etc. Conclusions ： It is effective for the urology patients combined with diabetes mellitus in the perioperative period to have a post-oper- ative rehabilitation through controlling blood sugar strictly, rational use of the antibiotics, effective nutritional support and psychological intervention.
