摘　　要：目的:对肩痛穴平衡针灸治疗偏瘫性肩关节周围炎患者的临床疗效进行探讨分析。方法:选取我科的46例偏瘫性肩关节周围炎患者,随机分为两组,一组为治疗组,给予肩痛穴平衡针灸;另一组为对照组,给予传统针灸治疗。两组患者每日针灸1次,4周为1疗程,对两组患者的疼痛改善情况进行观察分析。结果:治疗组患者疼痛改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩痛穴平衡针灸治疗偏瘫性肩关节周围炎不仅疗效显著,且痛苦小、针灸穴位少、操作简单,是安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate and analyze clinical effects of shoulder pain point balance in treatment of hemiplegic shoulder periarthritis. Methods ：46 patients with hemiplegic shoulder periarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The cases in treatment group were treated by the balance acupuncture at 1 time/day and for 4 weeks （ one course） , whereas those in control group were given the traditional acupuncture at 1 time/day and for 4 weeks （one course）. The pain improvement of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： The level of the pain improvement of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The shoulder pain point balance ac- upuncture for treating the hemiplegic shoulder periarthritis has the advantages of significant curative effects, a little pain, a few acu- puncture points, and simple operation, and also is a safe and effective method.
