美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压对血糖的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压对血糖的影响。方法:我院2010～2012年收治舒张期高血压100例,其中50例作为对照组进行常规治疗;另50例为观察组,在常规基础上加用美托洛尔治疗;观察24个月,在治疗前后分别测定空腹及餐后2h血糖,并进行比较。结果:观察组治疗前及治疗24个月后舒张压分别为(108.5±8.9)mmHg、(78.2±7.8)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=18.10,P<0.05)。对照组治疗前及治疗24个月后舒张压分别为(112.8±10.8)mmHg、(67.4±12.1)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=19.80,P<0.05)。观察组和对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组血糖比较,两组同组内治疗前后比较,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后比较,6个月血糖值无明显差异(P>0.05),12、24个月差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:使用美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压降压效果较好,但可引起血糖升高。如长期使用美托洛尔治疗高血压,应注意血糖的监测与处理。Objective ：To study the effect of Metoprolol on blood glucose in patients with diastolic hypertension. Methods ： 100 patients with di- astolic hypertension were divided into control group and observation group（50 cases in each group）. The control group was given conventional treatment; on this basis, the observation group was given Metoprolol. Observation of 24 months, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose were measured before and after treatment. Results： In the observation group, diastolic blood pressure before treatment was （ 108.5 ~ 8.9 ） mmHg, and diastolic blood pres- sure 24 months after treatment was （78.2 ＋ 7.8 ） mmHg, there was statistical difference （ t = 18.10, P 〈 0.05 ）. In the control group, diastolic blood pres- sure before treatment was （ 112.8 ＋ 10.8 ） mmHg, and diastolic blood ibressure 24 months after treatment was （ 67.4 ＋ 12.1 ） mmHg, there was statistical difference（ t = 19.80 ,P 〈0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of Metoprolol in the treatment of diastolic hypertension is better,but can cause hyperglycemia,attention should be paid to monitoring of blood glucose.
