摘　　要：目的:了解医学生社会支持与积极心理健康状况,探讨两者间的相关性,为提高医学生心理健康提供依据。方法:采用社会支持量表(SSRS)和幸福进取者问卷(HEIQ)对390名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生SSRS总分为(35.52±5.85)分;支持利用度得分最低,为(7.79±1.35)分。HEIQ总均分为(3.43±0.56)分;目标管理维度均分最低,为(3.18±0.63)分。Pearson相关分析显示,SSRS与HEIQ得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:医学生积极心理健康状况不容乐观,提高社会支持能够增强医学生积极心理健康,对医学生心理问题的防治具有积极作用。Objective ：To understand the condition of social support and positive mental health of medical students, and to explore their rela- tion. Methods：390 medical students were researched by SSRS and HEIQ. Results： The total score of SSRS in medical students was （35.52 ± 5.85 ） points ; the score of supported using of degrees was lowest [ （7.79 ± 1.35 ） points ]. The total score of HEIQ in medical students was （ 3.43±0.56） points, the score of target management dimension was lowest [ （3.18±0.63 ） points ]. Pearson correlation analysis showed there was positive relevance between family SSRS and HEIQ. Conclusion：Positive mental health of medical students is not optimistic, improving social support can enhance positive mental health of medical students, it has positive role for the mental question prevention and treatment of medical students.
