摘  要:不同工况下环冷机内烧结矿通道气固传热系数,对确定环冷机运行参数与烧结矿显热提取率之间的关系具有重要意义,是进行环冷机优化运行最重要的基础数据。针对我国环冷机的典型结构,利用烧结矿气固传热实验台,在烧结矿初温相等的条件下,比较了8组实验工况的对流传热系数和雷诺数,根据实验数据得到了孔隙率与努塞尔数的乘积随空气流动雷诺数变化的关系曲线,并拟合出相应的准则关联式。该关联式的计算值与实验结果的相对误差在±6%以内,具有足够的工程精度,可为不同烧结矿产率和初温条件下烧结矿运行参数的优化提供依据。The gas-solid heat convection coefficient of the sinter cooler ring channel under different conditions has great significance for determining the relationship between the operating parameters of the circle cooler and the extraction rate of sinter sensible heat, and it is the most important basic data for circle cooler running optimization. To the circle cooler typical structure, eight series of experimental convective heat transfer coefficients and Reynolds numbers were compared under the same sinter initial temperature, using the sinter gas-solid heat transfer test bed. The dimensionless correlation between the product of porosity and Nusseh number and Reynolds number of the air flow was based on the experimental data and the corresponding relational criteria was fitted. The relative error between the correlation calculation and the experimental result is in ± 6% and has sufficient engineering accuracy, so it could provide the basis for the optimization of operating parameters under different sinter production rates and initial temperature conditions.
