心态监控配合靶向心理护理干预对老年心血管患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过对老年心血管患者心理因素的研究总结对策。方法选取90例老年心血管患者进行对比研究,分成两组,实验组50例,对照组40例。通过靶向心理护理与心态监控比较两组患者的心理和生理状态,同时对比他们的住院时间、住院费用及医疗满意度,记录相应的数值。结果通过我们的对策发现靶向心理护理对老年人的心态很有帮助。结论靶向心理护理对于老年心血管疾病的心理有很大的疗效,值得推广。Objective To study the psychological factors in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease summary measures. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease were studied, divided into two groups, experimental group 50 cases, control group 40 cases. Through targeted psychological nursing and mental monitoring compared two groups of patients with psychological and physiological state, and compare their hospital stay, hospitalization expenses and medical treatment satisfaction, recording the corresponding numerical. Results we found the Countermeasures of targeted psychological care for the elderly in mind very helpful. Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing care for senile cardiovascular disease may have a psychological effect, worthy of promotion.
