摘 要:江汉油田王场注水系统由清水改注采出污水具有良好的经济与环保效益。为了研究回注污水对油田生产的影响,对注水沿程水质进行分析,对注入水地层适应性进行评价,对污水水质恶化原因进行解释。结果表明:注入水中Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+和SRB含量较高,其中Ca2+、Mg2+含量因沿程管线结垢逐渐降低,Fe3+含量因腐蚀逐渐升高,SRB含量因注水系统密闭也明显升高;污水的抑制性比清水好;污水回注油层后因结垢、Fe3+沉降及SRB繁殖代谢导致油层渗透率明显下降,沿程水质恶化对油田生产的影响不容忽视。Application of sewage water instead of clean water from Wangchang water injection system in Jianghan Oilfield has better economic and environmental benefits.In order to research the possible effects of reinjection of sewage water on oilfield production,this article compared sewage water injection and clean water injection through analysis of the water quality deterioration along the pipeline and evaluation on the formation adaptability,and explained the cause of sewage water quality deterioration.The result indicated that the injection water had high content of Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+ and SRB.Ca2+ and Mg2+ contents gradually reduced along the pipeline because of scaling while Fe3+ content increased due to corrosion.The Content of SRB also increased significantly due to the closed water injection system.The sewage water had better inhibitory than clear water,but the decrease of the formation permeability was remarkable of sewage water reinjection for scaling,the settlement of Fe3+ and the metabolism product of SRB.Hence the effect of water quality deterioration along the pipeline on the oilfield production should not be neglected.
