摘 要:本文主要研究了用回收的转炉煤气作为复合吹炼搅拌气体。所用煤气成分为CO58.9%,CO_218.6%,N_217.5%,其它组分为CH_4,H_2O等。底部搅拌气体供气强度平均为0.27 m^3/(t·min),吹炼终点时,钢中氮含量平均为32 ppm,与LD法相近。在吹炼低碳钢时,煤气搅拌的终渣(Fe)t%比LD法低6.2%。试验证明,只要供气系统装备和操作合理,用转炉煤气作为复吹搅拌气体是可靠的。转炉煤气来源充足、价格低,是很有前途的复吹搅拌气源。' Investigation on the utilization of the recovered converter gas as stirring gas in the combined blowing process was carried out. The composition of the waste gas was 58.9 % CO, 18.6 % CO2, 17.5 % N2, and the others CH4, H2O, etc. Under this condition the average flow rate of the stirring gas through the converter bottom was 0-27 m3(t. min) and the average nitrogen content in steel at the end point was 32 ppm, close to that of LD process. For making low carbon steel, the total iron content in slag using the recovered converter gas was 6.2 % lower than LD process. Provided the facilities and operation of the gas supply system are reasonable, the use of the recovered converter gas as stirring gas in the combined blowing process is reliable.
