摘　　要：随着国家"五位一体"建设步伐的加快,信息化、网络化、集成化已经成为健全社会基本公共服务体系的基本内容和发展方向。本文全面阐述了采用Web Service技术、SOA技术、RFID和PKI技术以及云备份等信息技术,通过实现基于元数据模型和综合数据集成和共享,最大限度地满足社会公共服务行业特别是广大人民群众生产生活需求的设计理念、系统构架、系列功能及其运行方法。Informationization, network and integration have been the basics and development direction of the convenient public serv- ice. The paper explains the technology of Web Service, SOA, RFID and PKI and cloud backup to realize the maximum of convenient public service in terms of design concept, system architecture, functions and operation methods based on metadata model and compre- hensive data integration and sharing.
