用后钢包透气砖在铝镁质浇注料中的应用研究

摘　　要：从钢包废透气砖中获取二次颗粒原料,并用于钢包包底铝镁质浇注料生产中,以部分替代高铝骨料。试验结果表明:其产品满足检测标准和使用要求,综合使用性能优于现有棕刚玉骨料产品,具有明显经济效益和社会效益。In this paper,the raw matericals obtained from the recycled ladle porous bricks are used to prepare the aluminum magnesia castables at ladle bottom,which partly replace the high-aluminum aggregates. The test results show that the castables can meet the requirements of testing standards and utilizations and have better performances than brown corundum aggregate products, with some signifi- cant eeonmic benefits and social benefits.
