从《傅青主女科》对“年未老经水断”的辨治用药论中医治疗卵巢早衰

摘　　要：《傅青主女科·调经篇》关于"年未老经水断"发病特点与现代医学中卵巢早衰的临床特点一致,其治疗"年未老经水断"的益经汤是治疗卵巢早衰理、法、方、药完备的有效方剂。在此基础上,研究傅青主对"年未老经水断"的辨证施治,分析其病因病机和治疗用药,归纳出从心、肝、脾、肾进行论治,尤以治肾虚为本,是中医学治疗卵巢早衰的基本辨治思路。The incident characteristic of ＂amenorrhea when you are not old＂ in the the ＂Fuqingzhunvke Section.menstruation chapter＂ consists with the clinical feature of premature ovarian failure, and yijing soup which treats ＂amenorrhea when you are not old＂ is considered the effective prescription which is completed in hair cut herbs for the treatment of premature ovarian failure. On the Basic of that, research Fuqingzhunvke＇s differential treatment of ＂amenorrhea when you are not old＂, analyze pathogenesis and treatment of this disease, and summarize that governing from the heart, liver, spleen and kidney, especially treating from kidney is the basic treating idea of traditional medical treatment of premature ovarian failure.
