六味地黄汤对2型糖尿病大鼠足跖汗腺分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的观察六味地黄汤对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖及足跖汗腺分泌的影响。方法大鼠适应性喂养1周后随机分为空白组和造模组,造模组大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养联合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、六味地黄汤组,给药1个月后检测各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、观察其足跖汗腺组织形态的变化。结果六味地黄汤组、二甲双胍组与模型组空腹血糖比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);足跖汗腺上皮细胞内空泡发生率二甲双胍组、六味地黄组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论六味地黄汤可以改善2型糖尿病大鼠足跖汗腺分泌增多的症状。Objective To observe the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on fasting blood glucose（FBG） and plantar sweat gland of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods All rats were random- ly divided into control group and model group. The type 2 diabetic model was established by feed- ing high sugar and fat diet combined with intraperitoneM injection of streptozotocin（STZ）. Then these type 2 diabetic rats were randomly divided into Type 2 diabete group, Metformin group, Liuwei Di- huang Decoction group. FBG levels were detected and the changes of plantar sweat gland were ob- served in all rats after treated for 1 mon. Results Compared with model group, FBG of Liuwei Di- huang Decoction group and Mefformin group decreased significantly （P〈0.O1）, the incidences of the vacuole of the epithelium cells of the plantar sweat gland were reduced（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Deeoction can improve the symptom of plantar sweat gland of type 2 diabetic rats.
